with / at

What can you tell me about these two sentences:


1) In the story, the characters get angry with the wrong person

2) In the story, the characters get angry at the wrong person



Whats the difference? Which is more common and which one would you use?

Para mi, son iguales. Se puede decir ambas formas. Uso 'with' más que 'at'.

Qué interesante. Si usaría la palabra 'angry', creo que yo también usaría 'angry with'. Pero no uso tanto la palabra angry. Diría 'mad at'.
