So the whole conversation of he/she/it reminded me of something in spanish that you might want to know.
If talking to a girl, you will of couse use the femenine form:
Estás segura? (are you sure?)
or just
Segura? (sure?)
But sometimes, we do say "listo?" to a girl, and that is because the missing verb is not "estar" but "ser"
a- Voy a ganar la lotería b- (estás) segura? c- (es) seguro?
